The sections below explain these practices and their limits.
1. Scope and responsibility
Monsoon Isle ("we", "us" or "our") develops Dramadoku and is responsible for the personal information we handle for the purposes described here. This policy covers the current Android game, including its test releases (package: com.monsoonisle.dramadoku), support correspondence and this policy website.
The current game is an offline application. The practices of other Monsoon Isle games, including their advertising or analytics services, do not apply to Dramadoku. The effective date of this policy does not mean the game has been publicly released.
2. Local game data
The game stores puzzle progress, character placements, notes, hint usage, elapsed time, completion results and best grades on your device. It also remembers selected chapters, difficulty preferences, tutorial progress and settings such as sound, vibration, reduced motion and display preferences. These records allow you to resume play and keep your choices.
These records are not uploaded to Monsoon Isle or to an in-game third-party service. We cannot access your saved puzzles remotely. The game does not ask for your name, email address, birthday or other contact details, and it does not create a player account.
3. Online services and permissions
The current Android game has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, third-party crash-reporting SDK, social login, player chat or cloud synchronization. It does not send gameplay events, advertising identifiers or automatic diagnostic reports to us.
The game uses Android's vibration permission for optional touch feedback. Vibration does not read or transmit personal information, and you can turn it off in the game settings. The current Android package does not request internet, location, contacts, camera, microphone or shared-storage permissions.
Android, Google Play and your device's services may separately process installation, store, security or diagnostic information under their own settings and privacy policies. That platform processing is separate from an analytics or crash-reporting service embedded in Dramadoku.
4. Support messages
If you email mengjingchanyu@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the name shown by your email service, your message and any attachments you choose to send. Screenshots or diagnostic details you send may contain personal information. Please share only what is needed and do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents unsolicited.
We use this information to answer your question, investigate the reported issue and handle privacy requests. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing support and resolving issues, subject to your rights, or on a legal obligation when one applies. We do not use support messages for advertising or add you to a marketing mailing list.
6. Retention and deletion
Local game records remain until they are replaced or removed. You can delete them through Android's app settings by clearing Dramadoku's storage or uninstalling the game. Clearing storage resets your progress and preferences. The current app disables Android automatic app-data backup and provides no developer-operated cloud backup or remote recovery.
We keep support correspondence only as needed to resolve and follow up on requests, protect legal rights and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete correspondence we can identify and control. If a legal requirement prevents deletion, we will explain the relevant limitation.
Uninstalling the game does not delete emails you already sent or records held by hosting, email or platform providers. Those providers retain information under their own policies. There is no Dramadoku account to delete.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, and complain to a data-protection authority. Rights, exceptions and applicable time limits depend on local law.
Send requests to mengjingchanyu@gmail.com with the subject "Dramadoku Privacy Request" and enough context to locate the relevant correspondence. We may ask for limited additional information to verify a request. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any inability to identify records or fulfill a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Because local game progress is not sent to us, we cannot retrieve or erase it remotely; use your device's app-storage controls. For information independently controlled by Google or GitHub, their privacy notices provide their own request channels.
8. Children and younger users
Dramadoku is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. This is our intended audience, not a claim that a rating authority has assigned a particular age rating. Store content ratings may differ by region.
Players aged 13 and over may still be minors under local law. The current game does not request age or date of birth and does not collect personal information through online gameplay services. If a child sends personal information to us by email, or a parent or guardian has a privacy concern, please contact mengjingchanyu@gmail.com. We will investigate and delete information we can identify and control where required.
9. Information security
Local saves rely on your device's and operating system's access protections. We take reasonable precautions appropriate to the support information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in messages to us.
10. Website visits and external services
This static Monsoon Isle website contains no visitor analytics scripts or advertising, sets no tracking cookies and does not use browser local storage. GitHub Pages hosts the website and logs visitors' IP addresses for security. Its handling of visit information is described in the GitHub Privacy Statement.
Opening a website, sending email or using Google Play involves the relevant browser, email or platform service. Their own privacy policies apply to those interactions. A link to an external service does not give that service access to your local Dramadoku saved games.
11. Policy updates and contact
We will update this policy when our data practices change and revise the date above. If a future version adds online services, advertising, analytics or other data collection, we will describe those changes and provide any notices or choices required before that processing begins. Publishing a new policy does not itself change your installed game's behavior or grant consent.
